Usually takes 4-8 business days for delivery. Note that international orders may require customs tax and duty in your country. Our shipping service does not require a signature. If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home, Australia Post will leave your parcel in a safe place. If there is no safe place, they will take your parcel to the nearest centre for collection. Once the parcel has been delivered your shipping address or post office, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received FREE shipping on your order and decide to return/refund your items, you will be refunded the order amount minus the actual cost of shipping.
If your order has been placed via express post, delivery time is estimated at 1-2 business days (Australia wide). This excludes weekends and public holidays.
